Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer, songwriter, musician and actress. Corr began her career in 1990, singing singer-songwriter for The Corrs, a Celtic pop-rock and rock band The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim as well as their three elder siblings. Andrea Corr (born Andrea Corr) is an Irish singer who is also a musician, songwriter and performer. She has been awarded her Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award in 2005 and is best known for being an integral member of The Corrs, a Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs. A multi-instrumentalist and lead singer of The Corrs, she also serves as the leader. Andrea was born in 1991 and made her debut as an actor in the year 1991, then developed into an actor and stage artist. She was the voice in The Quest for Camelot, an animated Warner Bros. cartoon film released in 1998. Six studio albums, two compilation albums two live albums, and a remix album, Andrea is firmly established as a multifaceted artist. The charitable work she has done has also been acknowledged. Andrea is married and has two children with her stockbroker. Andrea began her music lessons by learning to play the Tin whistle. Gerry helped Andrea learn to play the piano. Andrea is also an Ukulele player. In her teens, she spent time learning to play the instrument. She would practice with her siblings and eventually earned the position that of lead singer for the group. Andrea took part in numerous plays at Dun Lughaidh Convent.
